Nesotouch Pty Ltd t/a Masis Import & Export offers both locally stocked products and pre-ordered imported products.

1. Locally Stocked Items

Products available in our South African warehouse are dispatched once payment has been confirmed.

Estimated delivery timelines:

Major areas within South Africa: 2–5 business days

Regional/outlying areas: 3–7 business days

Tracking information is provided upon dispatch.

2. Pre-Order / Imported Items

Selected products are supplied on a pre-order basis and sourced internationally after customer order confirmation.
